Arh Big Clive. I do like his video's. 
It's incredible how bad most of these international travel adapters are.
One of the most "interesting" 120-240V transformers sold for "world travel" that I ever came across was this one:

At an electrical safety committee meeting once, the Italian delegation brought an adapter that was circular, about 5 inches diameter, with about 6 sets of pins around the periphery, and a socket in the centre to take an Italian plug. The idea was to plug the appropriate pins into the supply socket then plug their laptop power supply into the central socket. Of course all the plug pins were connected...
That would make it a widower maker…….
She still hasn't plugged in the chair he got her for her birthday.
Likely because she does not want to get subjected to the infamous Electric chair and volunteer for execution.
