Old Conservatives don't understand

Good to see you Con supporters think Rishi is headed for a landslide victory at the forthcoming election.

Don't read the article I quoted, you won't like it.
I replied to the chart you posted about Tories being to blame for the slide in younger owners, when the real culprits was Labour, and i don't care whether the Tories win or not, my life ain't going to radicaly change

Oh dear, this thread changed tack quicker than Starmer's Green Spending Pledge

Could say Perhaps if labour had not conned so many young people that a university education was the be all end all they would not be in so much debt and could afford to buy a house

You have to ask why didn’t New Labour fix this problem?
Between 1979 and 2024, a period of 45 years, Conservatives have been in power for 32 years and Labour 13 years

And yet right wing Murdochat says: “it’s all Labours fault”

Following that argument, its the electorate to blame.

I’m not right wing

BUT you always forget that Labour had 13 years to make changes and didn’t

Hard Left voters have such selective memories

Yes, same thing. Although the right to buy scheme still has implications today.
you mean when people were allowed to buy their council houses way before thatcher came to power still has implications
