One PC to two printers Switch

I have two printers, I would like to be able to connect either of these to my Windows PC.
Is there a switch suitable for this.
 
Windows should offer the choice of which printer.

Many thanks, I would prefer to be able to do the switching with a desk-top switch.
I already have one which works the other way (switches one printer between two PCs)
Could this, or a similar switch, be adapted for use with 2 printers/one PC ?
 
I just have one printer connected to the rear of my W10 machine.
 
with a USB?

or a larger multipin connector?

I have no switch, and need no switch, because I can select printer during the print dialogue, and I can set the default printer in Settings.

I don't think I could use a switch, because if I changed the printer after reboot, the new one would need to be recognised by W before being used, as it would be if I plugged in a new USB printer

why do you need a switch?
 
If printers are both on a USB cable, then you can plug them both into two different USB sockets on your computer and use the computer software to change between them when you press print.

If you definaty want to physically switch between two printers, then this switch should work.

And as you operate this switch your computer should detect the change becuase it would be the same as unplugging one and plugging in the next. And USB normally is okay with this.
But it might also crash the USB controller.

Because the above scenario is not normal, the switches as in your link, have the wrong gender for connection to the printers.
Something like this would be needed to allow a normal USB type A to B lead to link to the printer:

A USB type A to A cable would also be needed, but these are slightly more common!

But yes, theoretically, it is just a switch for the data lines, so should work! :)

Randon - you are 100% correct - my link is the wrong switch - even though I knew what I was looking for and considered it twice - doh.

Link taken from phone so unable to clean it as I normally do.

Yotti, can you please explain exactly how the printers are connected.
What type of cable?
USB? Parallel/RS232/ethernet/wifi etc ?

What make/model are they?

They people can stop guessing and give you the correct advice that you are looking for.
 
Have realised that I am trying to make this situation complicated while it is really simple.
Two leads to PC, control either printer via Win 10.
