Opinions on this render crack? Next steps

Apologies if this isn't the right place but wondering if anyone had any opinions or best next steps for me. House is around 5 years old and have just noticed this crack in the rendering. Would this be cause for concern or normal for a setting house? And who would be the best person to contact this is not something more serious . Thanks

No concern. It's been caused by the lead expanding and moving the render bead.
