Outlook 2019, picture in body, rather than attachment?

I used to be able to post photos, copy and paste, in the main body of an email, in Outlook 2019, now it insists on any photos being included as attachments only, where the receiver has to click on them to open them. How do I drop them in the body please?

[EDIT] I found it - I needed to switch to an HTML email.
