The 2017 chater is a watered down version of the 1988 one (which hasn't been withdrawn). It was clearly done to minimise criticism from other arab states, but their actions show their real intent.

And Israel is targeting ambulances on the way to hospital. Not really in keeping with democratic ideals, is it.
War crimes, the UN says. At any time of year.

My flag is on the hill of peace. If Hamas remove their eradication aim then I think more pressure can be put on Israel to find a solution. If not, it's a hopeless situation.

Exactly the same can be said if Zionists remove their desire for the eradciation of Palestinians from Palestine. :rolleyes:

I suppose there is the argument Israel gain some legitimacy as their actions are in response to a huge terrorist act….but I think both sides are equally bad.

Israel has been targetting innocent Plaestinian civilians for decades. Doesn't seem in keeping with peaceful, democratic equality,

Except one side is fully supported by powerful nations, while demonising the other.
One of the powerful nations supports Israel against 'designated' terrorists. But a few decades ago, they 'informally' supported the designated terrosists of UK.
