Part-arm banner text not sticking

Pulling my hair out over this and can't figure it out.

When I part-arm the system (texecom premier elite 64W) the * part armed * banner appears on top line of keypad display (great, this is what I want), however after a short period of say 10 secs it is replaced with the normal (alarm unset) banner message!!!

Does anyone know why this is happening? I want the *part armed* banner to remain until the system is unset.

I have wintex access to configuration options.

Try turning off the PD and EN settings

Yep, tried that. No joy. Still reverts back to normal banner text after a few secs.

I need the *part armed* banner to remain on display until the system is unset. Not just for a few seconds when the system initially sets.

Also tried removing the normal banner text but that just returns a blank top line after the part-armed banner disappears.

It is a standards thing, can’t remember which one off top of my head.

So what options have you got on or off with grade, pd6662, en50131.

Here's my config. PD6662 showing on but I've tried it off and makes no difference.

Yes, but I've tried it off (sent to panel from wintex) and it didn't help.

Just had a quick check on this on latest firmware the en50131 on and pd6662 on and set to grade 2 the part armed stays on.

So both those on no probs but where is the option to set to grade 2? Don't remember seeing such an option but then again, I wasn't looking for it before.

My firmware is v5.02 btw.
