Patio Door Leaking - Warranty

Hi
I have a new build house built 6 years ago. I have noticed a puddle of water on the door threshold, see attached. Is this leak covered with a 10 year warranty?

From my less than detailed knowledge of new build warranties , I suspect not , they usually try every which way to get out of honouring any type of warranty
