Pipe retaining clips

Hello. What do we call these things holding the central heating water pipe to the wall, and does anyone have any tips on removing and replacing these bad boys without moving removing the pipe??

You may get lucky by popping the pipes out of the clips and gently moving them to one side if there's some slack.....no forcing!

Why would you replace ?
