I messed up taking of the wires from the back plate, The problem I have is knowing which of the blue wires is the HW off wire. Can anyone tell me what other wires it will be grouped with.

What type of system is it ? Fully Pumped or Pumped Central Heating and Gravity Hot Water. I have the Installation manual and they are different. I'll have a look if you tell me, failing that I can spend a little time scanning it and sending to you.
n.b. but how many times will people take wires off without making notes ! There isn't a wiring fairy, or maybe thats me
Plus you may have got a better response by posting this in the plumbing section.

I worked it backwards from the tank thermostat.
