Hi has anyone got any suggestions to make something to obscure our neighbours view as we go up the stairs to the roof terrace please? We share the wall and relations aren't good unfortunately so it needs to be on our side. The white ironwork isn't on ourside.

We do get some wind (we are in Spain)
So was thinking it needs to be very secure.
Would you recommend putting it on a wooden frame? Thanks

Is the wall yours to attach to? Or must anything be attached to your handrail only?

Yes we can attach to the wall and handrail, the neighbours property/garden is behind the wall.
