problem with lights

Hi guys

I was wounedering if anybody had any idea for the cause of my problem?

I notice this at night probably because its when I put the lights on. Every once in a while for a little bit my lights dim for about 3-4 seconds and get bright again and then repeats its self every20 seconds or so, then goes away for a while and comes back.

I have called my local power commision and they put a meter on my house to see if I had a constent power feed and I did.

I have spoke with an electrician and he has no Idea why this is happening? This has been going on for a few months now and it making me go insane.

Any advice?

Sounds like it's an induction motor starting up in your house or your neighbour's. Try switching off your air conditioning for a bit to see if it stops.
