BAR missing him ... or not?
Have a glance at the impressive credentials, I remember him in the local motor club late 70's - navigator. LINK
Looks like he has had a good rapport with BMW in the past .... mmmm! interesting.

The Peter Stringfellow connection !!

...After years and years of searching, DNA tests have finally re-united Dave Richards, Team Principal at British American Racing, with his long lost brother.
Richards (42) said "It's so nice to have it confirmed at last. Clearly the looks are similar, and I knew for the past 20 years my brother was out there somewhere, so yeah, it's great now we know 100% we're brothers."
He went on to say "Peter and I have been friends for a long time now, so It's great news all round. I must admit his club's great for pulling birds and getting hammered, no doubt...."

Also saw this on TV, post Dave's parting of ways with BAR.
