Hi
Wonder if someone can give me some advice. We had a new flat roof installed last year and it looks a good job by a reputable company.

We discovered a leak recently and they come to look at it and added some sealent over the existing seal. I'm a bit concerned this isn't the best remedy if the seal underneath is failing?there is a hole in it etc.

They have said they will cut a new flashing if this doesn't do it, but worried it's a quick fix/ poor patch job.

Any advice from any roofers recommended, also if there is anything you'd recommend me doing as a better repair or adding to it?

The roof is a flat roof extension, using a rubber membrane and it's being cut into external pepple-rendered wall.

Can supply pictures if it helps

Cheers
