So, it would seem that if the property appears occupied, or if they have to break in to get to it, then they have no "right" to it even under the heinous squatters' "rights".
That second website only mentioned that you can't let the property whilst the scumbags are in there. Does this mean you can legitimately move in to your own house whilst squatters are there?

Allegedly the SUN news rag paid the recent Bath squatters £2k to leave the property which recently headlined.
There we go, just who runs the country ? MEDIA is who !! They did more than the law could manage, just using pen and paper ...
