Hi all,

So......house has a Pyronix Enforcer already installed before moving in

Have User Code but no others

Couple alerts on panel, low bat and super fl something or other.....

Outside siren started going off early hours just recently.

Tried the DIY way, disconnect mains and unplug internal battery, left overnight. Lots of Googling and maybe the batteries in the siren are low hence it going off.

Current situation, batteries removed from outside siren, panel has wrong time and the back door no longer gives a beep when opened/closed.

I do think I'm very competent and would like to sort this out myself if possible, been quoted 180+vat for engineer call out!!!

Seems I can't do anything without the engineer code which I don't have and read online I these forums there is a way to get around this but so far have drawn a blank.

Would really appreciate anyones help!

Thanks all!

Time and date can be set from customer menu …
chime probably doesn’t work as it’s not on ? Do you have a “c” in the display? Press C button to turn on
a finally you will probably need to put some batteries in the bell box as it may be supervised and the panel will be looking for it

£180 + VAT may seem like a lot to you.

However there are lots of costs that have to be covered by the installer/ Installers company. also doesn't state what is or isn't included.

Siren batteries depend on on the model of the siren, Mk1, Mk2, Mk3 I doubt it be mark 3 siren running low already. The link below may help you find out what batteries you require for your Pyronix system.
