Pyronix enforcer help

hi I’m new to the forum and new to owning a house with this system.

Previous owner has not got the engineer code and I can’t do much with it. No previous company on the panel name just says enforcer.

Does anyone know how to reset the panel or is it a case of buying a new one? It’s an enforcer v10

you shouldn't need to change anything.

do you have a copy of the engineers manual, as you wont be able to change anything and know what it might do.

You may finding the details on a google search on how to unfortunately as a engineer I don't give out such information.

installed a pyronix wireless enforcer panel and upon power up I just get a blank blue screen
why is this thanks.

nothing mate its brand new though
when I put battery in on it own it does nothing

Have you connected mains first?

no mate fuse was put in last

Are all jumper wires connected ?

Mains first then plug the power on the panel then the battery?

Power up mains first
Sometimes the batteries can be flat and will not kick start the panel without using the mains first

As above connect the mains power first, so sytem powers up then connect the battery in the back.
