Pyronix Enforcer - Mains absent alert volume

Hi, When the mains is removed, after a short while the panel sounds at full volume. Does anyone know how to turn this down please?
 
Do you have access to the Enginner Menu? If so you could change the Lengh of time from a Mains Fail to the time it makes a sound in the Change timers menu or go to Volume Control menu and change Day Alarm to 2 or 0 for silent.
 
Yes but those options don't work. Change timers menu just gives option of entry/exit/sirens and I have the day alarm at 2 already.
 
What software are you running? Early enforcers had no AC alert timer in Site options.
