Pyronix Enforcer New Install

I see a lot of people with experience of these panels. I have just installed the panel and am trying to connect to my wifi network. Neither of the two methods noted are working for me. I have tried entering the SSID and password manually. I also used the other method that uses a smartphone. The phone successfully connects to the virtual network, but when I type the 192.168.0.1 address, it does not work. I get a 'can not connect' message on my browser.

Is there something simple that I am missing?

Wifi card unplugged ? What lights are on the card inside the panel ?

If you can connect to the alarms virtual network all you need to do is open up a browser it should automatically take you to the correct page. I have had problems with some browsers though like chrome though not doing this, internet explorer seems to be ok with it most of the time.
