Hi,
We have a Pyronix wireless system installed just over 4 years ago and have had Wireless Low Battery Siren messages and alerts for a few days. We have dummy alarm boxes externally, but as far sias know only the internal panel siren. Once I opened the panel up I could check the internal Pyronix backup battery and ordered a replacement branded battery that matches. After installing this and clearing the low battery warning, it has now come back within a couple of days. Is there anything else I need to do? Should I be charging the battery myself somehow? Or is it likely I have received a dud battery?
Thanks in advance,
Joe
