Pyronix euro 46 V10 hybrid panel programming keyfob

Hi I have a Pyronix euro 46 V10 hybrid panel and having difficulty programming a keyfob.(new)

Going through master menu getting to edit user-- add new user--. Empty 01

And then getting enter user code, at this point I'm pressing the lock button on the key fob as the instructions for greater then 5 secs but it's not adding on the system.

Any advice thanks

Try lock , unlock then lock…I take it you do have a 32we connected to this panel ?

Ah thanks gave it a go and didn't work.
Just realized the whole panel and sensors are wired nothing wireless to it so might not have the 32 we connected? Could this be the problem?

Yes you will need a wireless receiver to use wireless devices

Thanks for pointing this out, makes sense will have to use the pyronix app for now, seems like it has got a bit more quicker and stable over the past few weeks.
