Pyronix fault after battery change

Hi could anyone help please. Am not able to set alarm after changing the sensor batteries. Active Faults 1. Kitchen Wirls Supervn F1: Full Set

Did you put it in the correct t way ? I normally press in the tamper switch and let go and the device will flash blue

Hi. Thanks for the reply I've been googling for hours. No idea what am doing. I think the battery in right way but I can double check tomor. Tamper switch?

Tamper switch is located on the board of the device where you put the battery in. It’s a small micro switch that is depressed once the lid of the device is fitted.

Hi took cover off problem sensor. New battery no lights on sensor No noise. battery in correct way. pushed spring in (tamper) no response.The lights do flicker if I wiggle the battery.

Take battery back out of pir, what 15 seconds and put battery back in should have led light up

Thanks. The blue lights don't come on both the sesnsors i changed batteries of yet I can now set the alarm. Done walk round and not picking me up?

Detectors go into sleep mode.
Best way to check pir is to set system wait 30 seconds and walk to room which you want to check

Hi yes did that. Doesn't detect me on both sensors i changed batteries in.

Start again
Take battery out of pir and then put battery back in ensuring battery is in correct way.
Set alarm to test.
