Can someone please confirm what code and password I need to put in please. I think I'm doing it right but It just won't work?

Is that an android phone ? Think that’s something to do with android …your phone pin ? , it normally goes to Face ID / fingerprint on iPhone

Yes its an android phone. I'll try it again with the phone pin.
The user code and app password (in the fist photo) are they the ones I've put in the system (set up WiFi app ?)
