Pyronix keyfob we problem

Customer had alarm installed a few years ago. Never any problems with the keyfobs or alarm. Last service was about 6 months ago. Customer calls today to say that all his keyfobs (i think he has 3) now wont set the alarm but they can unset the alarm... Any ideas?

cant see how it could have changed unless they haven't used it in 6 months, they are doing something wrong or you changed the programming?

I’ve seen some really bizzare behaviours with regards to the panels forgetting temporarily what the button is set to do...

Usually sorts itself out but bizzare all the same

Likewise. had fobs learnt on and tested fine, then a week or so later it’s gone completely dumb non operational

Turns out the panel had a fault!!! Customers!!! Grrrrr!!!!
