Can I input a # symbol? My friend needs his new router to be connected and this is part of the SSID/password codes.
Has anyone tried the connection method using a smart device to connect to the panel? Does it work OK? Might give it a try if all else fails.
 
Easiest method is using smart device then any character of the password can be input
 
The eero router doesn't have WPS, it's all app based which is a bit of a pain. Mind you, I couldn't connect my panel to my BThub2 by WPS so I used the keypad.
 
In that case then yes u will have to use wifi device which is easy enough to do
