Pyronix v11, new router, "internal wifi comms fault"
How to get to the engineers menus please?
Various options offered by Google.
Enter user code, then
Press no twice or
Press no then enter engineers code or
Press yes then no...

Not found in any Pyronix literature.

You literally type the code in and it opens the engineer menu…
Except it doesn't?
Unable to get to that menu because of the fault?
Enter Eng code.... shows fault, No button does nothing.
My question is, how to get to that menu?

Please read my original message.
I have power, it is responding.
I am unable to get to the engineers menu
because of the loss of wifi.

Your choice.
I set the code, I use the same code.

My choice?

What happens if you push D then enter one of the two mystical codes you have? If you get into a menu by pushing no tell us what the first few options you see are.

D, eng code
Displays error (as original post).
Pressing B does nothing. As stated, seems menus not available via this route.
Try it? Change your SSID and see the results on the panel.

What about if you push No after pushing D and then entering your code, so

D
Code
Upon error, push no.

I’ve just tried what you described on my test kit and it doesn’t replicate what you’ve said

When I said you need to power cycle.
This means you need to remove all power and discount battery, then re apply power.
This something helps restore functions that are not responding.
