Hmm there are things I know I know no one else will know, and things I know I know everyone else will know.
WHat do you want -
moderately interesting but half will know so someone will get it quickly
really interesting to me, but boring as hell to everyone else,
something boring to me and boring to everyone else and nobody will even have heard of it or understand what it is, ....

Exactly what is making the lub and the dub noises?

If that's too easy: if you went cardiac, pyloric, oddi , choledochus and took the next left, where would you be?

Well you're all useless.

The lub is the lower two valves in this, snapping shut, the dub is the upper two.
Everything's a bit elastic, so when the pressure reverses, they shut with a shock which is what you feel and hear.
The lung loop, goes from pulmonary to mitral valves.
