You find a body.
You can see petechial hemorrhaging (little blood spots) in the person's eyes.

You would immediately suspect a particular cause of death. What would that be?

(What simple thing, observable on a scan, might confirm it?)

I think it's the Goldcrest but I've not got a question to ask so, I'm going to say Firecrest, final answer.
They are both tiny and there can only be very little between them.
Also, I'm sure I've been asked this before and gave the wrong answer.
