Hi
Sorry for the vague title, I have rain somehow get through and starts to seep down the plaster by my living room window
My property is a flat roof terraced, it has hardly any brickwork because it has one whole length of wall between two columns of brick that separate me and my neighbours, that is uvcp windows and doors
The rain can only be seen on the walls downstairs, I previously thought it was the roof and I did have a whole that looked like it was letting the water in but I had that sealed with the rest of the roof to be sure.
After storm Barbara we got another leak, it gets so bad that water can be seen running down the wall.
Ive had so many people out to try and fix it but no one has offered the correct soultions. Ive been told to reseal, seal the roof, that it's just condensation (over the phone advise) all which I've done and still hasn't fixed it.
I literally have no idea what it could be. I'm not the most handy of guys and would love to have this sorted as I've been in the house just over a year
Thank you to anyone who offers
