Hi there,
I havea rd 532i boiler that has stopped working yesterday.
I still have hot water but I don't have any heating.
The thermostat is electric (checked for battery) when I took the fascia off the boiler got an error code.
I have checked the out door condensor pipe which is not frozen even had a hairdryer on it just to be sure
I have done the reset button
Chimney sweep button done
Master turn on/off done
Pressure at 2.(this was at 0 so sorted that first)
Thermostat is on full.
I have turned the dials for the radiators and water back and forth still nothing
I've also pressed spanner button for 10 secs and I got nothing.
Does anyone one have any other ideas I could try?
I'm currently running the hot tap as the ignition light stays on.
It seems like its trying to fire up but can't.
I'm in a rental and my landlords couldn't get the boiler man out tonight. Said he will try get out tomorrow. I'm a single mum with two kids in the house. Really need the heating on.
Thanks for and advice.
