I suppose it depends upon your knowledge of what is available. If cheap is your main concern, then buy a Dell.

you could also try maplin, or ebuyer

Ebuyer are pretty competitive when it comes to pricing. Stick to the better brands for motherboards (ASUS, ABIT etc.)

maplins also offer "deals" get cpu,mobo and fan "bundle" for say £90 less than if you got them individualy
