Hi
I need to rebuild an area of rear wall on the rear of our Victorian house due to it bowing at the top.
The wall is brick built and I need to take it down by c. 15 brick courses. As the wall will be hidden internally by a rear bedroom and hallway it doesn’t necessarily need to be rebuilt in brick.
I would prefer to rebuild in block but am not sure if this is even covered by building regs.
I’m sure there will be a lot of opinion on this but any steer and views would be great.
Cheers
