Refilling TS3150 Black Printer Cartidges

I usually refill carts for my Canon TS3150.
I have 3 black carts for this machine.
Is it possible for me to refill (say) 2 carts at a time, storing one for the future.
If this is OK. what is the best way to store the unused ones contacts etc (selotape otl?).

Keep in sealed bag, but filled or empty there is a risk they will dry up at the print head .
