Hi, Does anybody know, how to remove dried out grout from wall tiles? Thanks

For cutting away old grout prior to re-grouting.

Available from most diy superstore’s,the picture above is from Screwfix.

do you mean clearing out old grout in preparation for new grout, if so see masona's reply.

or do you mean cleaning the surface of ceramic tiles after grouting?

Hi, someone did some grouting for me but has left a thin layer of grout on the surface of ceramic tiles. And I wanted to remove this.
Thanks for your help..

Sorry,I mis-read your post,
I find it easier to use a old credit card (your partner credit card will do ) and scrape it off then finish off with wall tiles polish.

another neat trick is to thinly spread grout onto a piece of old towelling and set aside to dry.

when dry roll it up to crack the grout and rub this over the tile surface, this will help polish the grout from the tile surface.
