Total newbie here, sorry if question seems inane.
6 tiles from above the bath had come loose, I thought it would be straightforward to fix them.
They have come out easily enough but it looks like the grout has been put straight onto breeze block. I just have the serrated edge basic tool to remove grout and there's no way I can do it with this. I'd appreciate any kind advice as to what I need to use, and how to go about it? In simple terms please! Many thanks.
