Rendering Building Regs

Hi - we are looking to render our whole house (large semi-detached) with either Weber or K-Rend monocuche render and are confused as to whether we need building regs and/or a party wall agreement.

Our house is currently pebble dash, we won't be removing this, the new render will be going over the top.

Any advice greatly appreciated!

You dont need building regs or a party wall agreement for that type of work.
