The plastic joints between the window boards in our conservatory are disintegrating. Could anyone offer advice on how best to fix this, preferably without having to remove the window boards?

what type are they internal or external? have a look at https://www.trulypvc.com/window-doo...s/window-board-900/1350-internal-corner-joint

and the rest on there.

Mostly these are just silicone in but the may have a couple of self tapping screws in one side. Fitting new ones is not really the issue its how the originals were fixed. Normally the longest board had any fixings and the shortest was butted up to the joint.

Options include if screwed in cutting off the top flange and replacing with flat d bar or just filling in with a flexible filler ... if you can post a picture then perhaps we could be of more help.

Thanks. I had expected them to be screwed to one of the boards, but if as you suggest they may only be siliconed in, it will make it easier to cut out and replace. I will check it out tonight.

They work on a recessed and sideways 'H' type shape whereby each window board is slotted in to the joint strip. Horrible things. I did mine with MDF (25mm thick) window boards and neat butted joints, all nice and flush.
