Replace Hob Extractor Fan?

Can I simply replace this extractor fan with a new one? Just the fan? Or would I have to replace everything? This one is really noisy and we'd like a quieter one?

Doubt you will get a new fan any quieter than the old one.

Yes as far as I know. Does it have 3 speed settings , the fastest being the loudest. If so they are pretty much all the same.
