Replacement Thermostatic Cartridge Shower Mixer Valve

I have a faulty thermostatic cartridge in my shower mixer. As we bought the
house recently I dont know the name of the mixer.
Can anyone advise the make and model of the mixer based on the attached
images,

Not something I’ve seen before. You could always ask the previous homeowner if they’re available? Or email the shower doctor.

Is that a Grohe shower?
It'll say on the shower-head if it is.

I recommend doing some disassessembly first so you can compare the existing part against the pics.
