Please be warned about using Amazon windows and conservatories, based in Fleet.
Their windows and doors often do not fully seal.
Here is my review of the work they did Sept 2015 which is still not fixed ... >

Pros:
Sensible prices, apparently - but only if they did the job properly
Reasonable quality raw materials (which Amazon buy-in, then shoddily assemble)

Cons:
Untrustworthy - Verbal request to Amazon salesman pre contract, and then to surveyor, later denied by both
Shoddy assembly of frames and doors by Amazon in their factory (air leaks)
Very slow, and then zero after sales response
Will not fix window and door frame seal air gaps - my old windows and door sealed properly
Managing Director ignored letter of complaint - conclude he is not bothered and this is their normal practice

Contact Trading Standards and if the company are scheme members, (FENSA springs to mind), contact them also.

Make sure everything is in writing and keep copies.

Thank you for your advice Conny.
FENSA came and inspected and said they only check it meets building regs and leaking seals is not covered by building regs so they are not interested.
Will try trading standards - many thanks.

If bought on finance, tell the finance company the product is defective.
Same with a credit card payment even if just paying a deposit, tell them.
Fensa not worth contacting unless the glass falls out.
If original company fobs you off,get estimates from 3 other firms for the repairs and tell shoddy company your off to the small claim court.
TS as mentioned and CAB for advice.

Good luck.
