Replacing bulb on a recessed spotlight

Hello

So I have watched nearly every youtube video on the subject and still can't figure this out. This is one of my ceiling's spotlights. The bulb has gone and needs replacing, but I can't figure out how to remove it. Apologies for the blurry picture- I have a tremor and it makes taking steady photos difficult.

From browsing the internet there seems to be two main types of recessed spotlights: ones with a clip on the surface of the bulb and ones that have two clips, one on the fixture itself which needs to be pulled down from ceiling before removing and another on the back of the lightbulb holding it in place.

Mine would appear to be the latter as there are no visible clips to be found around the bulb. I have tried twisting and pulling the fixture down but cannot get it to come down more than few centimetres and I have used a torch/screwdriver to try to find the clips (as per YouTube instructions but so far have had no luck). And so I am hoping someone here can help. It is the first one to need replacing since moving but I have them all over my apartment and I don't really want to live in perpetual darkness just because I never figured out how to change a lightbulb.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Yes after a bit more googling I think the problem is that it is integrated and not a let's replace the bulb problem. Thanks for the help!
 
Are you sure its Led it looks to me like a Gu10 halogen, if you can get a clearer pic of the lamp centre, maybe a different fitting if its easier for you.
As the lamp looks bigger than the bezel, if it is a normal lamp its likely the bezel needs to come off the housing first
 
I managed to unscrew the circular silver fitting from another one in the kitchen and assuming they are all the same it is definitely a LED as there was just a reflector and a little orange dot (apologies I don't know the technical term). The light in question has the same fitting but it is stuck as it refused to twist off or move at all. It might just be a case of trying again with a flathead screwdriver to find and unclip the clips attaching it to the ceiling and after unplugging it, take it to my local Screwfix store to see what they have that's of similar make.
 
Sounds like what they call COB led, unfortunately it could be sealed in or a removable lamp,maybe a pic of the one with the silver removed will help. failing that. you need to get it out to see the makers label, however sometimes there is a label visible with just the bezel removed

You can tell quartz halogen and ordinary tungsten lamps from LED's by how quickly they produce full light output and go off. Hot filament lamps brighten and cool relatively slowly. LED's are instant on instant off.
