Repressurise Ideal C24 boiler

This question has come up before in this forum but my setup seems different. Can anyone please help? How do I go about repressurising my C24? Images attached. Thank you.

there is no filling loop visible in your pics ,so it may be in a remote position. do you have piework anywhere else ,like in an airing cupboard ,or do you have a hot water cylinder by any chance. not very common with a combi ,but possibly you may have.

Is it possible that the filing loop goes from blue to the black valve?

dont think they are anything more than isolation valves .pretty sure your filling loop is elsewhere.
