Resin coated driveway

I'm asking for some advice on suitable type of resin bond for driveway. Needs to be a thin layer 1cm thick, but long lasting and bond to concrete with stone chippings to prevent the stones from wearing away. What kind of price can I expect for the surfacing including materials? It is a 3x3m area.
 
There is resin bound (stones mixed with resin) and resin bonded (stones stuck in top of resin). Each will do but the former more durable for vehicles, the latter cheaper.

It will last a long time
 
As long as the concrete base is sound. If that cracks, youre doomed.
 
Yeah like concrete concrete slabs are just cracking every five minutes. :rolleyes:
 
I hadnt realised that concrete slabs never ever ever crack.

Well my main question is related to those loose chippings. The base which is effectively a gritty mortar slab links my house to pavement. Resin over coating was the best thing I could think of to stop these chippings coming loose. Rain and moss is wearing down this mortar year by year. A thin coating of concrete is bound to dry and flake off. A thick layer of anything and my side hinged garage doors will not open.

It may be that the best course of action is to dig it up and start again....
