Risco Lightsys 2 Issue

If you have a valid subscription it connects through the cloud settings, Risco dont need to do anything, however if the passwords have been changed it wont connect (defaulting the panel will have defaulted the system.

The fact the panel has wireless zones that wont delete sounds like there is something wrong with the panel.
I wouldn't be able to confirm that either without remotely connecting to the panel or having the panel physically in front iof me.
 
Not too bothered about the wireless zones that won't delete I've just set them to not used. The wired and wireless zones I actually want are all set up and working.

All codes are back to what they were before the default.

Will contact Risco anyway they must be able to offer some technical support.

You say everything other than these two zones are the same as before, but know the panel shows as offline.

Let us know how you get on fixed or not.
