Risco lightsys site registration

How do I register Risco lightsys panel to my riscocloud account when it is still registered on another site (I have no access to other account).

Need to get it released and that requires contacting the person it’s registered to.

The panel for example could be registered to a user and that system to an installer or Risco directly.

Cheers. Now I have access to original installer cloud account. I will have bit of play with it later today. I assume I can configure all from there to my needs.
