Rising damp

Hello, I took out the plasterboard and seen some damp on timbers.. what would be the best solution for this?

Wall then 3 timbers, single wall. Noticed some damp on the other side

Rising damp is from one of three things -

1 - No Damp Proof Course (DPC)
2 - Perished DPC
3 - Ground level or bridging over the DPC

Whichever one of those it is, needs remedied. So does the concrete floor bridge the DPC?

Looks to be penetrating damp , probably roof problems, is it or was it ever an external wall?

I think there is DPC as other walls are fine, the single brick wall is connected to the conservatory, it was connected to the external wall before and then now there's conservatory.

Probably a leak around the conservatory roof where it meets wall, is the conservatory roof sealed with leadwork to wall?

It could be:
(As above) a lack of detail to the DPC in the bridged opening?
Moisture coming down from the conservatory roof abutment - there are damp marks on the cavity wall??
Plumbing pipe leaks?
The mysterious but real condition of interstitial condensation behind the plasterboards?
