Hi all,
I've got a 2006 Izuzu Rodeo twincab that seemed a suitable vehicle for lugging stuff during major house renovation project, but... Double cabs are crap for shifting sheet material or timber of any length, especially as it has a canopy on the back!

Do, I thought I'd fit some roof bars.. But how? It's got a gutter with black trim in it, how do I remove? The trim is all one price, do even if I got it out and fitted bars, would I have to cut trim around bars? I am confused!

I say gutters, I actually mean where the black trim is in this photo...

It looks like there is a 'foot' that sits in the groove of the slot and clamps over the door frame. This style was popular many years ago, but not sure if you need to cut the trim.
