I have hopefully attached picture of a small area on the valley of the roof that has a missing piece of tile. wondering if it’s easy repair or not.
secondly there are two ridge tiles that are missing the mortar on one side (the tiles are on different ridges). Is this ok to leave and just keep eye on with the idea of resetting the whole ridge if and when it looses of more tiles? Or will one tile missing mortar create a problem?
