Roofing Felt

I'm taking apart an old damp garden shed and putting it in the skip.
The Skip company leaflet states "No FELT"
The felt is attached to the shed roof, I've tried to remove it but it's stuck really hard Probably from when it was put on using heat.

What can I do, put the roof in the skip anyway?

Give them a ring and ask. Sometimes they will take stuff but there may be an additional charge or put the roof in upside down
