Hi all,
Im new to the forum I hope you can forgive me if I post something in the wrong place.
I hope someone can help me.
My neighbour has had new roof tiles put by a council, and to my eyes the bit where is merging with my roof it just doesnt look right. Their tiles are bigger than mine but the my problem is that my tiles dont seem to sit right. My roof is on the left.

Any advice would me greatly appreciated

Yes, the join is wrong. The Bonding gutter is too high - possibly because its been simply sat on top of the previous battens.
The battens should be cut, and sometimes the party wall has to be lowered a little for the Bonding gutter to sit appropriately.
There's more detail but to answer your question the finish is totally wrong from eaves to ridge.
The Bonding gutter will need lifting out, and the tiles either side will need to be stripped back.

Both sides are a shambles. Name and shame them. Hope your neighbour hasn't parted with any money yet.
